I was sifting through one of my magazines and saw he was a free agent. I immediately said,"BY GEORGE WE NEED HIM!!!" so I checked to see if he was still unsigned and I have yet to find any info on him being with another team in the 5 minutes i've been feverishly searching. So, do you think the Texans should grab him to be our # 2? We have the cap room and with him we would have one of the best young duo's in the league. He is only 26.

He re-signed with the Raiders, so we'll have to look elsewhere for our #2.

This is what I found...
Corey Bradford: UFA (HOU) Tai Streets: UFA (DET) Joe Jurevicius: UFA (TB) Curtis Conway: UFA (CHI) Charles Lee: UFA (TB) David Terrell: UFA (CHI) Kevin Johnson: UFA (BAL) Jerry Rice: UFA (SEA) David Boston: UFA (MIA) On that list...I'd give Terrell a shot. Why u ask? Well because of the fact that Terrell showed some signs of improvement, and Terrell hasn't exactly had a good QB throwing to him. Unless of course, yall want us to give up a #1 pick for the services of one David Givens.

Well, I guess my 5 minutes of feverish searching was all in vain

I think Jurevicious could be good at number 2. The only thing about him is injuries. Also Lee the reason people probably don't know about this guy is because Gruden put Brown instead of him when Lee could have been way better.(This happened with the Buccaneers)

If we could sign Boston for cheap i would be in favor of that. I dont know if he is healthy or off the roids but if he is he can make big plays.

Boston hasn't made big plays in a long time. He's just carrying too much weight for his body, and until he comes to his senses he just won't be the David Boston of old. There were rumors about Boston being interested in the 49ers, and vice versa. If he ends up somewhere I'd imagine he'd end up in San Fran.

I doubt we take a look at any of thise guys...Charles Lee may be good in the right system though...
If we want a WR, we'll probably get one in the draft...
