Default Sam Bradford

I watched him play tonight and he looks like the real deal. He is accurate as hell and looks like a true leader. He probably will have his bumps in the road but I see an elite QB in the near future. On a side note, It looks like the Rams lost Donnie Avery for the year with a hurt knee.

He did look good in the highlights I saw. I think it's funny they kept Brady in into the 4th. IMO, they were getting *****-slapped by the Rams and Belisphincter didn't want to lose to them so he left the fairy out there. They still lost. Good job Rams. :

Sam Bradford can take hits...but for how long? The way I see it, as long as tackles Jason Smith (who maybe injured) and Rodger Saffold can hold their ground and prevent DEs from taking shots at the quarterback, the Rams might have a chance to turn things around significantly on offense.

If I were the Rams HC, I would be busting my butt to improve the defense as well as the offesnive line. I would also let one of the veterans take charge of things and let Bradford play sparingly, gradually allotting more playing time as the season progresses.

Jesus 55 passes for a rookie QB? Couldn't hand the ball off to Steven Jackson instead of forcing your QB to throw?

makes sense. your rookie QB making his professional debut with the absolute worst receiving corps i've seen in my life should throw the ball nigh on 60 times. in a close game. with a great runningback. baptism by fire, eh?

what's most impressive is that he looked damned good, too

Agreed. Worse than the group McNabb has.

He had 3 picks, but only one was his fault.

Umm, who do the Jags have again?

I think he'll be fine if he can call his own timeouts and have decent WRs to throw to.

If I were a Rams fan I would be concerned if he is going to remain healthy. This is the same QB that got hurt playing behind OU's offensive line and you got him playing behind what might be the worst o line in the NFL. I am sure Rams fans wish they still had Orlando Pace in his prime.
