We probably never even really came close to signing Pace.... but why do I have this feeling of a gaping hole now left at Left Tackle?? Oh well... Its time for Wand to pick it up about 13 notches.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained. No guts, no glory. Name a few more cliches if you wish. All i know is that I like a team that has the cajones to even attempt a deal like this. Playing it safe buys you medicority. Look at a team like Arizona. Play it safe alot, and look where it has gotten them. Kudos to the FO for trying to pull off the unthinkable.

Even though they didn't get him at least they are showing that they are willing to get out there and try to improve the team. The future is looking really good. These guys are going to be major players in years to come and the great thing is, the years to come aren't that far off.
