Texans Rams
LT Wand Pace LG Pitts Tercero C McKinney McCollum RG Weigert Timmerman RT Wade Willams http://www.nfl.com/teams/depthcharts/STL http://www.nfl.com/teams/depthcharts/HOU If you had to judge each position .. who is better? LT is no brainer as for the rest.. I will admit I don't keep up with the OL's in the NFL

I've read here that some are not happy with Wade at RT. Well, we feel the same way about Grant Williams. It was a blown assignment by Williams that resulted in Bulger's injury, when he missed 2 - 3/4 Games, and we lost two of those. Pace, McCollum, and Timmerman played every game in 2004, but LG and RT were revolving door positions, highlighted by Nutten and Dishman being called out of retirement. We definitely need a new starting RT, otherwise, our O-Line in 2005 will be just OK, not great. |

I read somewhere that the Rams were pleased with Tercero's play at LG and think that he could develop into a really solid player, but as of now
Wand < Pace Pitts > Tercero McKinney < McCollum Weigert < Timmerman Wade > Williams Looks like the edge goes to the Rams...

id take the rams line any day bc of the fact that they are a downfield passing team and to do that, u need supierior protection, and bulger gets all the time he needs. it reflects in his stats and the team offense stats

I'm not sure how David Carr compares, but I recall him getting pounded his first couple of years. QBs learn to either move and get rid of the ball, or they don't last long. He's stayed relatively healthy, so I'd guess its the former. BTW, Corpus Christi is great. I've traveled there a lot. |
