Texans with Oilers Colors - Houston Texans Message Board & Forum

2 more days guys.

I stumbled onto this mock of Texans Uniforms with a white helmet (as it should have been) and Oilers colors.

What do you think?

Just doesn't look right. I prefer the current uniforms and colors. They mesh better together than the Texans with old Oilers colors.

I agree.

Next, I stumbled onto someone who has attempted to design his own Texans Logo and Uni combo.

Although not ideal, it does offer some positive aspects in my opinion.
Namely, this logo is a cleaner, more symmetrical look. Something the current swooshy bull lacks.

Our current logo is certainly better but I would love to see this kind of symmetry incorporated someday.

I don't ever want to see the baby blue color on any Texans uniforms. Leave that color scheme to the butt munchers in Nashville.

I like that logo. I prefer ours, but this one has an old school feel to it. Whoever made that did a good job.

^^^This. I prefer my Columbia Blue in the past tense. No need whatsoever to try and look like the old team.

Yea more symmetry would be nice, I also wish we used less red in our uniforms, I think the they look cleaner with less red. The blue and white uni's of the pats and colts look nicer to me, and we would look less like the broncos.

Same here........ Columbia Blue (errrrrr, now it's "powder blue") is a distant memory. Never wanna see it again.

I agree with y'all. Leave the old colors alone, at this point that first post reminds me of the Patriots too much. But yeah, new team, new era and our colors are great. Neat logo by the other guy though.

I loved the Oilers, but like everything else, there comes a time to let go of the past!

No offense to my fellow houstonians, but the Oilers are no longer a part of Houston. We have a new team in town and I am standing behind that team and the colored jerseys they are wearing!
