are the raiders going with the 4-3 next season, or what, cause they signed Burgess and he is only 265, or are they using him as an OLB, some one explain please

you know they switched to the 3-4 defense this past season and were simply horrible...i mean 6th graders could have run through those holes in the defense...it's just more evidence that just because you have big names like woodson, sapp, washington, and buchanan doesn't mean you have what it takes...them getting brugess is kinda a stretch either way...he's not an everydown DE and he's not an everydown OLB...presonally i think they signed him in desperation because after trading harris who do they have at linebacker?

I do not think they "The Raiders" know what they are going to run next season. It will be interesting to see if they can sign any other defensive players or get any reputable players in the draft. "But" if the players they already have, step up! Like the didnt last year, it should not be a problem!

The Raiders had horrible play out of their LB's last year. That is why the 3-4 failed for them. I would guess Burgess was signed to play OLB.

Burgess doesn't seem like he would be able to pull off being a OLB, does he have the athletism and coverage ability to be an OLB?
