the reason shanahan traded o'neal to cinci. is because of his shortcomings as a CB. i doubt that type of track record is what dom and cass are looking for.

Id take Peter Warrick for the #2, and even though hes a 10 year vet, I would take Kevin Hardy for OLB depth.

JS for PW/KH.

Kevin Hardy is a 4-3 OLB not a 3-4 OLB, and Warrick will still be in Cincy this season, he is under contract still and there wont be a trade with houston for him. The bengals will definately not trade away players for sharper. And all the people on here can talk all the smack they want about the bengals but they still had a better record than the Texans did. They are a team on the rise and will open some eyes this season, just as the Texans hopefully will. They have changed their ways and are turning into a good organization that people want to play for. Also, Deltha isnt going anywhere, he had a great year and there were no problems with his attitude. The bengals are only a LB and a DT away from being great this season. The texans are a Dline away. Very similar situations.

Who is talking smack? Truth is Cincy is not known for putting up a winning franchise (weren't they getting sued by the city?) over the years.. just had bad drafts

Lewis was a step in the right direction though IMO.
