No it's not. But it is a lot closer. Anyway, I would much rather be where you are. I love the Hill Country

Willis ain't bad at all though, it's a nice area. I can't believe how big it's gotten. My wife's sister and husband lived there for awhile before moving to Plano and now moved to Round Rock, I guess they decided it's time to drive us nuts....lol.

But there is no place like the hill country in Texas, I have lived a lot of places and can't believe it took me as long as it did to find central Texas. I never plan on moving.

Sorry to bump an old thread but I was wondering if someone in the Houston area could please help me out? I bought a few jersey's from this web site as did others in this thread. The one I bought for my daughter was too small. My wife called them and they were very friendly, offer to take back the jersey and send us out a bigger size.

Well, that was several weeks ago, my wife sent it back. We recieved no confirmation email, nothing. The number on the website is out of order, or it says can not be dialed from my calling area. The contact us page has a thing to fill out, so we have done so twice, once just two days ago and the other time a week or two ago. We have not recieved a response!

Can someone in 713 call these people and see if you can get through? The number is 1-877-TXN-GEAR.

Maybe you could ask for an alternate phonenumber or I could provide my contact info, order number, etc. I don't mind dialing long distance, I just want the right size jersey or my money back. Customer service was excellent the first time around and now we can't even make contact.

That is a toll free number, I have been trying to call for you but it is busy. I will keep trying

I know that's toll free, but what I meant to say was if someone can get thru and they can provide an alternate number, a direct number that's not toll free, I'd be glad to use that just as long as I get through. Sorry that I was little unclear about what I meant.

That's ok. When you said it could not be dialed from your number I was thinking maybe your phone system did not recognize it as toll free. No problem. I will also send a e-mail to the address I got from my order confirmation and see if I get a response.

They won't respond within 48 hours, we have sent two seperate messages well over 48 hours and have not received a response.

Looks like I am screwed. I should have kept the smaller jersey and just wait until it fit my 5 year old. It was for my 12 yr. old, she picked out an Andre Johnson one.......does that girl have taste or what.

Well, the number still doesn't work and now the website won't pull up. Anybody have any idea of what I should do to try and get my money back or the jersey?
