Need to clarify some things for you under Georgia law. From what I understand, he supposedly just groped her. "Little Ben" was not involved, because that would be a charge of Rape or Sodomy.

The charge is question is "sexual battery".. which is different than rape.
Here is the Georgia law.

16-6-22.1. Sexual battery.
(a) For the purposes of this Code section, the term "intimate parts"
means the primary genital area, anus, groin, inner thighs, or buttocks
of a male or female and the breasts of a female.
(b) A person commits the offense of sexual battery when he
intentionally makes physical contact with the intimate parts of the body
of another person without the consent of that person.
(c) A person convicted of the offense of sexual battery shall be
punished as for a misdemeanor of a high and aggravated nature.

I'm not sure if "just groped her" somehow is supposed to lighten the charge, but let's say someone "just groped" my daughter, or my wife, Georgia's sexual battery law would be the least of Big Ben's, or Little Ben's for that matter, worries.

The fact is the man has a problem keeping his hands, or other body parts, to himself.

OK, OK. I've seen enough of this annual song & dance from Ben.

I think this guy is on his way out. I just don't get a positive vibe of where his life is headed.

This is noted as his second case of "sexual assault", but it should be considered his first. The one that is in court right now is complete bogus. You don't get sexually assaluted, then brag about it to friends and coworkers, then report it a year later. If he doesn't get off scot-free and then sue that girl for defamation then there is a problem with the justice system.

However, this second case seems a bit more serious.
