I kind of feel the same way. Going into the NC game against USC I felt good about it, even though a LOT of folks around me told me we would get beat I just had this feeling that Texas could pull it out, at the time USC was thought/hyped to be invinceable. This game has me real nervous. Bama is a great team and can bring it. I just hope we don't come out flat, we need to go balls the wall. If they play their hearts out that is all I can ask in the end.

Going into the 2005 game you just knew VY was going to go all "VY" on USC. Colt McCoy is a fine college player, but he's no VY. USC didn't have a great defense either.

I don't have a horse in this race...... I guess I would back Texas from a go Big 12 perspective (Huskers Fan).

What's the likelihood that Earl Thomas would fall to us in the draft? Would he be BPA at 19 or 20?

If we don't shore up the interior OL or draft a true franchise back then i'd love to see us pick up a guy like Thomas who can be Pollard's partner in crime.

Texas is going to get BLASTED.

I think Alabama could beat a team made up of BOTH Texas and Florida players.

I don't even see this one being close.

And I once thought Colt would make a great NFL QB. Over the past few months, I have gone the complete opposite way. I don't think he can hang in the NFL. Unless he just lands into a plum of a team with loads of talent already there for him.
