During the phase of trying to prematurely coin a Bull themed nickname for the defense during the early years ...

this came to mind

Bull-emia / Bull-emic

Our defense pretty much made everyone want to vomit.

Zac-diled- when your high caliber play is underappreciated because you play next to all-pros and you were drafted an entire round after Kasey Studdard (example: Kevin Walter, Zac Diles).

Not saying that's bad or anything. It is what it is, though.

Guys,

I'm writing a parody piece about Bernard Pollard for Texans Bull Blog and I want to use "Pollardism" as a term and then reference it to the official Texans Talk Fan Dictionary.

Herv,

You're the keeper of the grail and I want you to sign off on an official definition of Pollardism before I use it in a published piece. But I want to get some approval from everyone else as well.

I'm thinking something like this:

Pollardism - adj. A descriptive explanation of how the member of an opposing team can expect to be dominated. Also, a saying or quote that can motivate a given person to run through a brick wall.

Let me know if you think this will fly. Feel free to adjust the wording or clean it up as you see fit.

Thanks!

Barrett
