I doubt Brady plays much, if at all. He is still nursing a shoulder and finger injury and didn't hit the practice field at all this week, not that he needed it.

Personally, I hope he plays the entire game. We've been beat by rookie or inexperienced QBs way to many times. They have our number! JMO

Per the article I quoted Brady plans to play the entire game or as much as needed. Really I wouldn't expect anything less from them.

And I wouldn't want anything less. If the Texans can play four full quarters and beat the Patriots, it'll be proof positive that they're headed in the right direction. (If they phone it in/lose...then we'll have many long discussions to occupy our time in the offseason.)

Not that it makes too much difference but the guys on Inside the NFL picked us as well.

The most important thing is if the Texans picked themselves to win.

I know any given sunday a team can win, but I truly believe that this team playing at 80-90% for four quarters can beat any team in the league. A running game would help, but with our passing game, and defense playing full throttle this team is tough.

To be the best you got to beat the best. Now I'm not saying the Patriots are the hottest team right now but by picking up the win against the patriots, well that my friends is a step in the right direction.

Brady not playing doesn't mean much.

If I've learnt one thing supporting the Texans its not to underestimate a back up QB against our secondary.... Ryan Fitzpatrick anyone? He has made a career of that game against us.

Exactly. Belichick is the same coach who took a QB who hadn't played since
high school, and made him a millionaire NFL Starter. If he can go 11-5 with
a guy who never played, he can scheme up a way to give the Texans a
hard-fought game.
