Strength of victory tiebreaker question

I was reading on houstontexans.com the various tiebreakers and found this:

Denver Broncos
Current seed: 6th (2nd Wild Card)
Record: 8-6 (6-5, 3-2)
Remaining schedule: @PHI (9-4), KC (3-11)
Texans need them to: Lose two, finish 8-8
Tiebreaker: Texans lose on strength of victory

I read the official tiebreaking procedures page but I am unsure what this means:

http://www.nfl.com/standings/tiebreakingprocedures

Is this net points to win by?

Definition: A part of the NFL's tiebreaking proceedure, strength of victory is figured by calculating the combined winning percentage of the opponents a team has beaten.
Examples:
If two teams end with identical records, combine the records of the opponents in each of the team's wins and calculate the total winning percentage. The team whose opponents have the higher winning percentage wins the tiebreaker.
