I know everyone is emotional after the loss, however, I'd just like to say good game to all.

The Titans, despite their record, are a good football team. I could tell watching the game. We've blown out our last three opponents, and you guys were the only ones to keep it close.

So cheer up, I am sure both of us will be sitting at home in January thinking about what could have been.

There was no doubt in my mind the Titans were Super Bowl contenders before the season started. Imagine the shock and horror I felt after the Pats game.

Things could be much worse. You guys have a lot of really solid pieces, but the Titans are a very talented team as well. It was a close game as I expected.

Ya it was a good game and this is turning into a really intense rivalry. Both teams really hated each other out there.

Keep it close? You are kidding, right? Your kicker made a kick our kicker missed, and a bad call dug you out of a hole you should have died in. You will be behind us in the standings this year and for years to come my friend.

It wasn't Schaub under throwing AJ when he had the opportunity to hit a home run.

It wasn't AJ and Slaton dropping passes.

It wasn't Kubiak having no faith in his offense.

It wasn't the inability to contain CJ or VY all night.

It was the officiating that lost Houston this game. Incredible.

Don't act like the officiating wasn't a big part of it. That horsecollar call was something vicious.

I didn't say it was the only reason. I was only pointing out to you that your comment about "keeping it close" was out of line. You won by keeping it close and allowing a bad call and some mistakes to beat us.

Based on talent, as I said, you will finish behind us this year and for years to come, that;s all.

But congrats on your win tonight. Your team did what it had to do.

There were missed calls on both sides of the field.

While the horse collar was not textbook case, the intent of the foul is to keep players from being taken down from behind by their jersey. It is a dangerous tackle, and it doesn't really matter if they grab inside the shirt, or the back of te jersey, tackling someone like that can hurt them.

The tripping penalty, and the Crumpler catch was clearly a catch. The ball can touch the ground as long as you show possession. Crumpler's left hand was firmly grasped around the ball.

In the end, penalties didn't decide the game. The Titans just made one more play than the Texans. In the end, that's all that matters.

As much as it hurts to say this and it really does hurt, you are right. Bad calls on both sides and the game came down to two KB missed FG's. I think the Texans could have held the Titans on that final drive.

For the last time, and then I will waste no more energy on this point, I congratulated you on the win, and I am not blaming the refs for the loss. It was the Texans fault for not overcoming.

I was SPECIFICALLY refuting your claim that we "kept it close" in your original post.Go back and read your own post.Again, I believe our team made a number of mistakes and had some bad calls that challenged us. Congrats on the win, Your team deserved it. This is not mean spirited. Good luck going forward. Our team is young and will grow out of their mistakes. I have never heard them make excuses. See if your team can make it close by finishing with as good a record as Texas at the end of the year.

I didn't start this thread.

I'm not worried about the Titans getting credit for the win, I just love it when people blame officiating. You may not be and if thats the case then my bad.

Good luck to you guys next week, it will be interesting to see how they respond to tonight. I feel you guys will still get your first winning season in the books and can learn from that, even if there is no playoffs.
