I think we have a shot at beating the Cards.
Essentially, they're finesse team that runs the same defense as we do; which is weak to strong running teams. If we can: - punch them in the mouth early and often (the way we played the Titans) - get a strong pass rush up the middle (Warner likes to step up in the pocket and doesn't like to move side to side - run the ball & keep their high flying offense off the field We have a shot. It may sound crazy, but we could really use Ron Dayne next week.

Antonio Smith back vs. his old mates should add a little spice to the matchup

The Texans can't get pressure with the front four. Warner is one of the better QBs at reading the blitz. Our secondary can't cover anyone, even the Raiders. Boldin and Fitz don't drop passes like the Raiders.
Texans might win, but I don't see how the Cards' offense will be held down at all.

Warner isn't really what I would call 'the better QBs' at reading the blitz. He's been sacked 7 times this season, one less than Schaub. Right around the middle of the league so I'd call him somewhat average there. Especially considering that he's 38 years old now.
