I have 4 RBs, Bush, Addai, Sproles, Rice

I'm definitely starting Sproles, but indecisive about the other one.

Bush against Buffalo D
Addai against Cardinals D
Rice against Cleveland D

Rice? They should be ahead for alot of the game which means alot of running the football. Reggie is a flex player MAYBE and Addai is going against a tough defense that likes to sling it. Not to mention rookie 1st round Brown is stealing alot of carries.
