Myth - The Texans' ZBS cannot score in the red zone

I had several posts during the off-season regarding this topic.

We were below average last year, not horrible.

There were situations where we could have scored but chose to run out the clock at the end of games.
There were situations when we didn't have enough time to go for a TD, so we settled for FGs at the end of the half.
There were situations where we committed silly penalties like false starts that pushed us back and made it harder to score.

All these have nothing to do with the ZBS.

The most important thing is we scored 366 points to rank 17th (4 points fewer than the Broncos, 9 fewer than the Bears and the Titans, 11 fewer than the Colts).

Our third/fourth down conversion rate is better than the opponents.

Yes, I preferred that we drafted a big O-lineman like OG Herman Johnson to use in the redzone and in short yardage situation, but the Texans didn't want to, so sue Rick Smith!

Oh, and don't forget those turnovers (Ints and Fumbles), many of them were unforced errors!

The ZBS system can score red zone TD's. The Texans ZBS cannot score red zone TD's.
