I know it's mean, I apologize, but I got your attention and it's worked on me many times before on other sites.

Question for everyone. How much of the blame for this loss and the teams inability to mature over the last 8 yrs. do you put on Bob McNair? Does Uncle Bob deserve any of the blame, frustration, and anger that's currently being directed at Smith, Kubiak, and the Texans? What's his roll and level of responsibility for this cluster ******?

I didn't really expect any ladies but thought I'd just peek to see what real topic was. I think McNair is a great owner who wants to stay out of the micro managing & not be a Jerry Jones or the Maverick nut owner. He is very loyal which is a great trait but can be a stumbling block. If he does not see a turn around in effort, not necessarily a win against Titans, I think he will have a serious evaluation of the entire network. I think Robert McNair is extremely conscious of what fans and sports media say. Does anyone think he got a telephone call from Bud Adams since Sunday?

Well, I refuse to get naked, and don't care that much for beer, BUT, I had to read this anyway! lol

Bob McNair writes the checks! If he has a fault in the downfall of this organization its because he is to trustworthy, and has total confidence in his FO. He is loyal to a fault! He is honorable! So, don't look for any coaching changes soon. Maybe he's a lot like some of us have been for the past 7 yrs, eternally optimistic! He is what he is, and I'm happy he's the owner of this franchise. He's very fan friendly, and makes sure his organization is very active in the community. It's not his fault Kubiak can't get his act together!! Nearly everyone on this board was estatic when he hired Kubiak, don't deny it!!

I actually put SOME blame on him in two other threads after the game and before Justice wrote a thing. My point in those was that the top of the food chain sets the precedents and when you let Carr slide and resign him and you are loyal to a fault to coaches and other players who aren't getting it done then I think some accountability goes out the window and it gives off that same "soft" vibe as the team.
