I'm praising the Texans coaching staff for getting rid of this guy. To the public,
they spoke diplomatically. I'd bet behind the scenes Kubes was ripping this guy a new *******. While up 21-7, in an attempt to prove HE should be the backup to Favre, he throws a pick 6 in the third quarter. Mike Mayock dissected the f-up, and says, "This is ALL ROSENFELS." Even when given an opportunity, he continues to prove why he'll ALWAYS be a career backup. Good luck looking for another team when they cut ya, Sage. |

They're not going to cut him.
I think overall he's had a pretty good preseason. That was a bad throw but how many QB's throw int's like that? They all do. |

Don't think you can all that a Rosenfels. Now had the committed several turnovers in a short span of time and gave a win away, that's a Rosenfels.
The guy threw bad picks and that was a constant criticism of mine during his time here. |

Sage is what he is.....a backup QB. Other than a few really selfish and dumb plays, he was a solid back up for us. He won a few games for us and lost a couple for us. That's what backups do.

came here to post this...the only reason people are so hard on Rosenfels now is because the hype for him being a starter was so immense that he collapsed under the weight of that, but in reality he was never starting material. as far as spot backups go he's one of the best.
