It's that time of year for board members to adopt their favorite player! I don't remember what the rules were for the last one. I think it was each player could be adopted twice. So I guess we'll stick with that.

Lol. I'm just messing around. I just love Connor Barwin and it's got nothing to do with his hearing loss. He's just a bad ass mutha. Seeing him bowl over Eric Winston was a great sight. It was when it all clicked for me and Barwin. He's going to be a star. I just know it. He's got the 'it' factor regardless of talent.

Besides... I know how to spell his name a little better and that right there... gives me dibs on Barwin. HOF fan status notwithstanding.

It was really weird at the game listening to them call Chris Brown name and immediately thinking about our awesome kicker. BTW: Chris Brown, with a C, didn't look to shabby!!

JoeT! I met Connor Barwin's Mom and Dad in KC, and they are fantastic people. His Dad reads the board, but does not post. Very friendly, and excited about Connor playing for our Texans!!
