Good news also seems to be that the Texans probably feel pretty good about how things actually went down with Leach. Who knows, they may even supply him with a personal beer bottle to keep on his hip............only to be taken out when it looks like Slaton is going to be "violated."

Training Camp is starting and all through the town,
Coaches and players are worrying all around,
Some were coming with contracts exploding
Some not reporting due to contracts they were avoiding
Fans are all a cheer
Because they know that tailgating is near
Food, beer, and the Super Bowl on their mind
We all hope the Texans past is far behind
Come the end of the season, let's all hope
The Texans are in the big game
If not, it will be a shame.
GO TEAM GO
Go All The Way so the fans will shout

Optimistic on every eve of every season as is every other team in the NFL. Parity abounds, how else can a team rise from the ashes like a Phoenix after flamming out, losing year after year, from St. Louis to Tempe the Arizona Cardinals (finished excatly the same as the Texans the year before in 08 then proceeded to go all the way to the Super Bowl).

Texans with health & a little luck on their side could easily go all the way, except, win the game once they get there. But heck this is getting ahead of ourselves, lets take it one game @ a time, play out the schedule & let the Cards fall as they may
