I was watching espn news and i saw a players poll for best field.... Reliant was #4... TB was #1... i'll try to find a link

it seemed the Texans had as many problems with their own field as the visitors, which I could never understand? next year the players either need to speak up, coaches or equipment personel. it should not matter what the field condition is since both teams play under the same conditions, its more a question of adapting to ones enviornment & seizing the advantage. for some reason this was a weakness all year for the Texans at Relient. the Texans fared much better for the most part away, again go figure?

Well obviously the whiners are in the vast minority for the Texans' field to rank that well. And by the way, is there anything Manning doesn't whine about?

....provided it can be maintained properly; quite a few teams have switched from grass to field turf when it became too difficult and too expensive to maintain grass fields towards the end of football season.

That was a mistake to cut cost on that option. The only thing the AZ Cardinals have ever done right is to have the roll out field. You just don't get enough sun in a stadium and growing off site and moving it in batches has it's own problems.

he dont whine about taking so much money that it'll be hard to keep all the key players together just so he can put food on the table

i mean i understand where the guy is coming from after all we all know how far a couple a million a year WONT get ya
