Nice article on Duane Brown
Nice article on Duane Brown in the SA Express today. What I enjoyed reading was that he lost 10 pounds this offseason to get quicker.
"Playing 16 games as a rookie also built confidence. After facing James Harrison in his first NFL game and lining up opposite Dwight Freeney and Kyle Vanden Bosch two times each last season, Brown believes he can handle anyone in the league. Dropping 10 pounds since the end of the season should also help him this year.
