Jacoby Jones days seem numbered. With him prone to fumbling the ball, and never seeing time lined up as a reciever, what do you think of taking quan cosby in the 7th round and replacing jacoby jones with him???

runs good routes and has great hands. I would love to have him, but something tells me he will begone before the 7th

I think he could possibly be an UDFA. Guy doesn't have blazing speed and is 26 if I am correct. Probably will scare off a fair amount of teams. All that said I'd like to have him on the squad to replace Jones. If nothing else he could take punts and is solid in the passing game. Jones has homerun ability in the punt return game but he hasn't made much strides as a WR. Much as I like to cheer for a guy like David Anderson it'd be real nice to see a guy that can do good in the PR game and make a bigger impact as a WR.

IIRC Jacoby only had 1 fumble on punt returns this year. His decision making has gotten better. That is his real weakness IMO.

Cosby will probably be an UDFA. He's 5'8" with good speed and hands. o.O
Will be a good pickup for the Texans for a punt returner. |

He is short (5'8") and will be 27 when the season starts. he has good speed and great hands but again he is short and somewhat old for a rook. He might be a late 6th/7th. If he was 23 and 5'10 he would be 3rd round talent.

I love Cosby in the 7th, but would have no problem if we addressed needs in the first five rounds and took a flyer on him in the 6th.

JJ's weakness is his hands, not decision making. Well, decision making too, but his hands are why he's not playing as a reciever. |
