Texans receiver Andre Johnson has been named the NFL Alumni Wide Receiver of the Year. Johnson led the NFL in receptions (115) and receiving yards (1,575), becoming the first player to do so since Cincinnati's Chad Johnson in 2005.

AJ had a better season this year than Jerry Rice did when he won OPOTY in '93 and yet he did not receive one vote.
You can take that however you want.

We register so low on the barometer that people overlook the performance of our players. Its sad for AJ, but I know that the team and us fans are very proud of him. Obviously, the alumni can see the talent.
Screw the rest of the world.

No, you can't trade talent like that away. Let's make him into our ball hawking free safety.

We should make Corey Bradford into our ball-hawking safety. I remember he was always disrupted the offense like Ed Reed.
Anyway, hasn't he won this before? |

Either way, no pass is caught near him. Speaking of which, he got a big contract from Detroit that resulted in $1 million per catch since he caught maybe 2 passes before he was cut.
