NFL Rules SUCK!

The rules to this silly game suck and thus the officiating sucks. Its not like the NBA where the Officials are just bad, I blame the poor officiating of Football on all the stupid Judgement call rules.....

The offense has so many advantages in the rule book now that it is pathetic.

Thats what Im saying, but an example on O is the holding call on OD againnst Baltimore that brought the screen TD by slaton back. This is a mans game, I say let'em push each other around....

What I hate is that a 5 yard penalty can result in an automatic first down regardless of how many yards the offense needs to get a first down in the first place. O_o

One of the things I talk about is this officiating crew. You knew it was going to be a long day as soon as you saw Hochuli and his covered up biceps.

yeah they were like 3 and 20

how does a 5 yard penalty = 1st down

should it be at least 3 and 10

I don't like the 1/2 the distance to the goal line ruling.. move the dang thing the distance it was supposed to be or place in on the 1 yard line

TC, I agree with you about the play calling here.

So, if you know this, what's up with the play calling in that situation? There's 7:34 left in the game. You are trying to burn clock. The Cleveland offense has been a joke. Your plays are: Slaton for 2 yards, incomplete deep left for Andre Davis (6:54), deep right throw for Andre Johnson interfreakingcepted, much yelling and profanity ensues. (6:48).

At the time, I was asking why the hell we were throwing down field given the time left and Sage's tendencies. I also felt that Sage was put on a pretty short leash this game, other than that series.
