Ok,

So here is the deal.

Two girls I work with decided to go to the game. They bought tickets off stubhub. Because it was short notice, stubhub said the tickets would be "last minute services"....Last minute service tickets are supposed to be located somewhere very close to the venue, within walking distance.

However, after purchasing the tickets, they find out that the place has recently moved and is located in downtown, 30 minutes from Reliant. The place doesn't even open till noon, and they were going to be at the gates with us to tailgate at 11.

If they have to go downtown they aren't going to make it for any tailgating.

I know there has to be some unused tickets out there, that someone isn't going to be able to sell. These girls are teachers and have already shelled out cash to buy tickets to their first Texans game. I know they can't buy new ones, nor will they want to.

If anyone can help out, that would be great. They don't care if they are nosebleeds, they just want to go to the game and tailgate.

What is required to pick up the tickets? In other words, does the person who bought them HAVE to be the one who picks them up? Reason I ask, I come from up north and will be traveling near downtown around noon. I'd be happy to stop and pick up the purchased ones if it's allowed...
