He is a threat for soft yards but not much of one if you want a TD with that little pass. Dom has one reception TD this year with over 500 yards receiving.

I have to say that Byron was down and Smith should have just touched him down. Since they are trying to protect qb's in the game, I would be livid if this happen to Carr.

Keep in mind that in probably 5 of those attempts, he had someone in his face in the backfield. As long as that happens you're not going anywhere, i dont care who you are.

I don't want to see anyone get hurt but that looked to me like a good clean hit. Leftwich could have gotten up and thrown the ball. Robaire Smiths tackle insured us that wouldn't happen. As far as it happening to Carr I wouldn't have a problem with that hit. When a ball is fumbled it is dog eat dog. There is no special treatment for qbs.
