Austin has a lot of pot heads, they are a bunch of hippies up there. My "friends" used to get the best bud up there, and everyone I know up there has a connection. Austin is also the music capital of the USA and have very good concerts like the Bob Marley festival and Austin City Limits where every one lights up. It is after all a college city and they are college kids, most college students experiment and try different stuff there is nothing wrong health wise with pot, it is better than alchohol and cigarettes.
