Best Player of Every NFL team - Houston Texans Message Board & Forum

Check this out. ESPN had a poll on which player is the best player for every NFL team. People could vote for any player past or present. Andre Johnson is the face of the Texans. I agree with this since Texans history is so brief. Earl Campbell was the face for the Oilers/Titans. No brainer on this one.

I had a problem with this. Its really the same reason Earl Campbell refused to be in the Titans ring of honor.. He was never a Titan, they should have a seperate one for best Oiler in history. If they were saying best Oiler/Titan then it should be someone who was on both teams ie Eddie George... But for best titan they should just put someone who was the best in the franchise's history since they moved to Tenn.

Bruce Matthews was the greatest player to play for both the Oilers and the Titans.

I'd go with Bruce Matthews over George.

I'd take Jonathan Ogden over Lewis, but honestly its hard to argue against either.

That just demands another list of the "worst" player of every NFL Team.

I'm looking for that one guy from each NFL team who stands out and represents dashed hopes, abject failure, and/or possibly grossly overrated talent. In short I want the other 31 teams version of David Carr.
