Yes it is. When you have like five different guys running the ball, and none getting starter carries, it's pretty good.

I know it's bound to get better, but I was expecting to see Moe, Larry, & Curly on the back of thier jerseys.
Sorry guys, it was Dressen who flopped on the ground, not Owen.

Taylor had a significant amount of carries considering it was a preseason game. He did not look overly effective but Denver was stacking the box a little. Winston said that in a real game we would have gone to the pass earlier. Coach wanted some reps on the ZBS and thats what he got. Am I happy with 100 yards? NO. But realize that the Broncos knew that we were going to try and run and the see the ZBS everyday in practice

What it comes down to is we need a true starting RB and I don't think it's Green and Taylor really did not prove much either though the Broncos were stacking the box. I did not say 100 yards was all bad since in that game there were five RBs and no true starter but this season there might be a game where a couple of guys get used if Green is out and 100 yards isn't going to be enough yards all the time to win the game. Is it?

I think Cincy's last preseason game had one of the highest rushing yards in the preseason game that week, and they had 137 yards.

But they will fix that once the season is here with our RB the problem may linger into the season.

unless someone "steps up". i'm tired of hearing about our running backs and waiting for one of them to "step up".

That probably won't happen this year unless Walker does.

I've resigned myself to another year of running back by committee. Last year we ran an average of 99 yrds per game, putting us at 22nd in the league. Minnesota was 1st with 164 yrds per game. If, by using the running back my committee we can add another 15 yds per game, it'll put us in the middle of the pack of the NFL (as per 2007 that is).

Until we get a real RB I'm not going to realisticly hope for anything else.
