Ultimate Pre-game cast

Ok, after reading about Emmitt, I got to thinking...Since now it seems all former great players go right to TV, who would you pick as your Host, and then 3 other former players/coaches. Now you can have your experts on the side for inside reporting, but for the crew at the desk, what 4 guys would you want to see paired together, and of course, we need a weather gal...so who would that be??

I know, just with the talk of Emmitt, I was like, WGAC....90% of all personalities are lame, and I laugh at or question their thoughts...That is why I do not watch 1 second of pregame.....they all suck, each and everyone of them....
But I know some of you guys do, so there has to be at least 3 decent guys....
