I was just about to post that. I was under the impression first practice was tomorrow morning at 8:30. That's why today is the last day of the offseason, or so I thought.

I went to the Texans site, and there is unbelievably scant info on when the practices are except the public ones. They need to do a MUCH better job than what I was able to find, which was basically zero. They do have a countdown to camp ticker and it's at 2 hours and counting.

Thank god. If I have to endure one more day of only Baseball to get me through...I just dont think I can bear it.

You're probably right. I'm gong by what I heard on the news last night. I thought Bob Allen said the team would have their first meeting Friday with the first practice Sat morning. I could very well be mistaken.

I'm kinda cornfused too, SheTex. But, by Camp dates listed on NFLN and the countdown ticker on HT.com have me thinking they'll meet today and begin going at it tomorrow. Additionally, I wouldn't think they'd want their very first practice open to the fans.

Regardless, it's close, and that's all that matters!! Two more weeks until our first preseason game!! Tailgating, seeing all our Texan friends, feeling the spirit and excitement of another year with our TEXANS!! I truly get chilly bumps just thinking about our boys running through that darn bull!! Lots of new faces to recognize, and numbers to learn. THEN, it'll all change the end of August. lol Makes me kinda sad thinking that 28 guys will get cut before the regular season starts.

I am installing a 113" projection system with more power than I could possibly ever need (cool ain't it) Just for opening day against the Steelers!!! Got my tix in the mail (thank you Bull pen 1) My first season in the Bull Pen!!! Ready for Saturday the 9th to see you all!
