Well the design and engineering company that designed the Colts stadium will never get another job in the NFL thanks to tat crap. I have seen some design flaws in my line of work but nothing as horendous as this.

OK, they say they will not be sold for football games...ok, then what other events will you sell them for? No view is no view, regardless of football games, concerts, or washers..
And don't just blame the designer, team officials need to take the blame, they had to have agreed on the design, plus when the structure was going into place, you would think there would have been a walkthru to stop it and question that...

After really looking at it, ya know, we have fans that probably would never even notice it since they are on the cell phones or just talking to one another the entire game...maybe those seats are for those type of people.

See that's totally wasted space. They could have fit some really big speakers there and cranked up the noise even louder than before.
