It is a sumbiotic relationship. The Gangtas buy the cowboy jerseys to help support the Cowboys, who in turn buy up the gangtas drugs. They just help keep the cash flowing for each other.

Around here I notice alot of the kids wearing the Lakers gear. Before that it was I think the Chicago White Sox.

They wear whatever they think looks good. I don't think it has much to do with liking a team really.

Like the Sox. Their logo is catchy looking. I see high school kids alot wearing their ball caps.

Isn't it the ole Crips / Bloods BS? I remember hearing several years ago that Rockies fans in Denver were getting shot at by the Bloods because the Crips had started wearing the Rockies gear, I assume for the CR on the logo since it wasn't blue.
That whole gangsta **** befuddles my redneck mind (or I'm just too old and tired to be hip (or care) anymore).

I'm with you Pruzoo. I see these guys walking around with their pants halfway down to their ankles and I just think to myself that I AM TOO OLD FOR THIS!

I do remember seeing alot of Rockies gear back a few years ago but I haven't recently.

It would be funny to see a gang into the old Oilers gear. Nothing like baby blue...humm, "Columbia" blue, to put the fear into rival gangs.
