thanks for posting. i'm really hoping that he becomes a staple player. he seems to be all heart. a very attractive trait. god i can't wait for TC! so many of these guys that we keep hearing about that are having "great offseasons" will come alive when they start hitting each other. some will disappear. i really hope he is one of the guys that explodes onto the first team.

I spoke w/ Aaron after the interview and he was really impressed with his character. He said he was really confident - but down to earth. Aaron said Tim Bulman isn't hoping to make it, but expecting to make it.

With guys like him and Cochran being able to play inside and out, it only adds to the different dimensions the Texans can feature on game day. Their ability to rotate along the DL looks be a strength of this unit going forward.

One thing that got me excited from the interview is when Bullman let on the defense was going to be agressive.

we'll see. if they come out aggressive and get burned alot in 4 of those first 5 games we may see that aggression doing a little regression.

Or...We may shock the sh*t out of Pitsburg and a whole lot of other teams and get more agressive. I'll go with the positive outlook.

Hadn't heard that one before, I like it coach.
But one gets the feeling that sooner or later this guy blossoms, gets a real opportunity, and might become a star. But good story about Bulman, I Just hope Colvins signing doesn't end his time here in Houston ?

I don't think it would. Bulman came in as a Defensive Tackle, but they started trying him at DE. He's versatile enough to play in and out - so that should add to his value coming out of camp.

I like the thought of having an aggressive defense. Shows how far we've come, that we can actually start playing aggressive, because we've got guys that can cover, run, & passrush.

Seems like another "lunch pail" type of guy. That's what I like to see, guys with alot of heart that like to "bring it" every day and every play! Can't wait to see him and the whole team out on the field. Come on August!
