I don't follow college sports, so I really don't know. But I do know Jacksonville is built on Defense, and they just added a number 8 overall & a second round pick(21 overall)to their pass rush. I'm hoping. They made a big mistake, and the guys who really follow the draft can tell me how they didn't really help their defense.

I think you if you play in the AFC south against Freeney / Mathis , KVB / Kearse , and practice against Mario then two rookies won't be to bad .

No, not worried. Harvey was a mega reach, and I am not all to concerned about Groves.

if it was last year hell yeah but its not. the Texans addressed the offensive line aggressively its us they should be afraid of- a strong running game, cut-blocks & our own DE to contend with

Harvey could develop into a really good DE, he's more complete. Groves, I believe, is kind of a DE/OLB tweener type more suited for a 3-4 defense.

I wasn't too impressed with their draft, to be honest. The traded all the way up to get Harvey and then selected Groves. Not sure what they have in mind for Groves in their defense but I'd be willing to bet he becomes a 3rd down pass rush specialist for them. He should be a better Babin.

All in all, I'm not too worried about it, right now. I think our Tackles can defeat their DE's this year, but we'll have to see about the future beyond one year.

In the future......maybe. They have to make it through their rookie year first. If you stop the Jags rungame, you make it real tough for them to score. We'll see.
