My question - they're NOT including the 2008 season tickets and say you must buy them. Aren't they defaulting on their PSL obligations?

I know I have already paid for next seasons tickets. I wonder if he means you have to buy them from him or the team. It seems like he would be defaulting if he hasn't already bought them. His payment would be long overdue. I would guess he might be trying to make it look like a better deal by not saying that it would cost the person buying all of these seats an additional $16,000 or so for the tickets. He would have to be stoned to think that some one would buy the PSLs and let him keep the ticket rights.

Section 121?!? $1,667.00 per seat for the PSL and no tickets???

I know first hand that those PSL's weren't even close to that... more like $900.00 + 10 game tickets x $70.00.

Turning a profit is one thing, but gouging is another.

Ths has come up from time to time but I hope this A-Hole rots in hell. I hate corporate brokers. I wish they would all go bakrupt and I get an email about it so I can could walk up to them and laugh in there face.

I know I know I am over the top here but damn I hate corporated owned PSL just for the sake of sticking it to fans and the team allows this to go on.

Just disgusted by the whole thing.

Your exactly right about the cost of the PSL. I'm in the section 119 and they are the same amount.

While I stand in the Bull Pen the majority (as in 95%) of the time, my two PSL's are section 120.

On the positive side, it looks like this broker is getting out of the business? We can only hope fans buy some of these

Texas needs the same law PA has. You can't sell tickets for more than 10% of face value.

THAT would be fair and you could take your kids to Hannah Montana too.
