Worth it to move from low 600 to high 500?

I have the opportunity to upgrade from row B to row K down and over a bit. I'm trying to justify the cost in my head and I'm struggling with it a little.

Closer to the aisle? Easier to get to the bathrooms? Better view (as in fewer people in front of you, easier to see over the railing, etc)?

I don't know much about the 600s.

The 500s are nice because the sections are small. Generally not as rowdy and fun as the 600s, I've heard. But I bet it depends on the sections.

I did like my old 500s seat because it was really close to beer and the women's restroom. Sort of a symbiotic thing going on there.

547 and loving them !! Psycho fans in the area, great view and always alot of beer vendors keepin' me happy. But as for you if it is worth it, as Yankee put it, only you can decide if it is your thing...
Why don't you put the section # down and see who from here replies from that area of the stadium, that way you get their thoughts on it...As I said I am in 547 and love em, Double Barrel is over a few sections in the closet transgendered section, but from what I have seen, regular follk can get in , so you would be set there..
So, what section have you been offered ???

I have aisle seats 626 B now and the new ones would be aisle seats in 524 row K and the section only goes to M.

The difference in 150 per seat for the season so technically it's only about a 3 row drop from where I'm at but in another level.

I really don't think it's much of a difference. How about the cost of the psl between the two? Are you gonna fork over more on the PSL?

If it's only a 3 row drop that I don't really think it's worth it. Especially for $150.

I'd say keep the ones you got now. At least with the higher level you have better views and not's not really worth it money wise.

I don't know how the high seats work (talking about rows, not levels) because I sit in 118 row B. What really can you see? I don't think I could stand seeing 20 rows filled with people ahead of me.

I absolutely loved the seats i had in section 523 with the FILO bunch. Wish I didn't have to let them go. Haven't been to a game since...

having a bone fusion and a daughter in the last year have changed my priorities, though.

I started in 619 right above the tunnel from the concourse, mid row and after about 4 years moved to 542 about mid-section on the aisle. Also, I liked it being a little closer and also on the aisle and not a hike from the blue parking lot. Also being a smaller section and away from the visiting opponents fans in the 600's. (Not that I minded them... well most of them, but nice to have consistancy in fans around you.)

Then I moved to Dallas and screwed it all up.

As others mentioned, it's up to you. If you don't think you'll get much out of it, then hold off. Maybe give the lower section a test run this season if some seats are vacant during a game.

I've pretty much decided to stand pat for now. Getting barked at by the CS slug at the corporate offices for not turning in my upgrade request form kinda pissed me off, too.

I'm pretty sure I can find use for the additional $300 by NOT upgrading.

Well...do the math...

$150(Added cost of Seats) / $7.50 (Cost of a beer) = 20 Beers.

20 Beers / 10 Games = 2 Beers per game....

Are the lower seats REALLY worth 2 beers per game?
