i think brown and adibi will start immediately but slaton and molden will definitely get good playing time

The OT starts by the eoy, Mouldin starts next season perhaps and Slaton isn't a feature back...he is a back along the lines of Norwood from the Falcons. Who knows about the new undersized linebacker...he's awfully small (he's a tweener like Michael Boulware).

Honestly, i see 2 possible immediate. Of course Brown & i think Adibi could come on like Meco did in his rookie year & supplant Greenwood. Slaton & Mouldin could both turn out to be solid contributors.

Antwaun Molden - Nickel package maybe, behind Freddie and Dunta
Steve Slaton - A member of our RB merry-go-round; 3rd down back
Xavier Adibi - Starter

Theres a chance that the Smithiak can find a DE who can fill in the right side.

I project 2-3 starters. We are getting more and more solid.

It's not the size of the dog in the fight....

I love the defense that we are building. Small, quick guys who play bigger than they are. DeMeco, D-Rob and Adibi are examples of this.

I wouldn't make too much of his size....

a smallish lb crew combined with smallish interior tackles may = inability to stop the run. I'm not so worried about one smallish guy in a group but when the entire group is undersized thats when I have a bit more of a concern.

Especially since Meco's going to be playing in the middle...........

speed kills in the NFL evidenced by it's fascination with the 40 time, we're building a slightly smaller but faster than average defense, i like it.

Considering what I have seen out of all the players I listed as "undersized", I am not concerned about stopping the run. All of these guys are very good at wrapping up the ballcarrier, and that's really what the concern is about.

I can see Brown becoming a starter throughout the year, but I see Adibi taking an OLB job out of training camp. I thought he would be great in coverage and blitzing. I didn't think he was all that stout against the run though.

He's a TAD undersized, but so was Ryans, so I'm not worried about that. His run stopping does worry me.
