I dont know good question, but its probably because they are high, so high that theyre not smart enough to stay home.

According to the medical experts Crack is SOOOOO much worse than coke and much more addictive. As can be seen by this artical, really makes people stupid to where ALL they care about is the Crack. The sad thing is that it was developed to be affordable by the less affluent vs Coke which is a rich persons drug.
