I dont think there is and this isn't thinking as a Homer either. I honestly cant think of anyone else in any sport near his measurables:

6'7" 295 pounds. 4.66 40 yard dash, 10-foot broad jump, a 40.5-inch vertical leap and 35 reps in the 225-pound bench press.

That is just plain beastly for a man of his stature.

I saw the guy at one of last years practices when the team wasn't wearing
pads. The guy has an amazing physique. And his body fat must be in a category of its own for really big men like him in the NFL.
And even though he had tremendous muscular definition and proportionality, the most striking thing about his appearance to me was that he really looked more like a basketball player than a football player.

I was behind him in line at Petsmart. We chatted about dogs, he has pitbulls (I hope he has a good fence). Anyway, I can vouch for his physique.

I don't know if you remember this guy...Alonzo Spellman. He stood 6' 4" and almost 300 lbs of shredded beef. He was a physical freak for the bears, but bipolar disease took its toll on him.

I can't recall anyone being more physically imposing in the NFL than Greg Lloyd... but Mario's up there.
