18. Houston Texans: Aqib Talib, CB, Kansas Previous pick: Felix Jones With the top running backs off the board, the Texans will turn to defense. They (over)paid cornerback Jacques Reeves this offseason, but the secondary is still a major concern because of Dunta Robinson's ACL and hamstring injuries. Talib also happens to be a good value at this point.
