Eugene Wilson (S, NE) signed with the Bucs.
Freddie "FredEx" Mitchell (WR, unemployed) still thinks he has game. Derrick Ward (RB, NYG) is sticking with the Giants (I guess the new QB controversy intrigued him too much to leave). Dan Klecko (played everything with the Dolts and Patsies) signed with the Iggles. Bryant Johnson (WR3, AZ) signed with the Niners. Mark Brunell (QB, WAS) signed with the Taints. http://www.profootballtalk.com/categ...mill/vvvvvvvvv

The Patriots must really think that the secondary is unimportant. Have they lost 3 starters in this offseason, or was Wilson not a starter there?

Gay was not a starter and Wilson was basically holding the position until Merriweather was ready. They are very high on BM. They figure that they have enough depth so that they will not miss Samuels leaving. Remember when Ty law left? That opened the door for Samuels. They think they can do it again.

He played mainly DT for Indy, but apparently he's going to play FB in Philly. While Klecko is capable of this, I'm a bit confused because you would think there would be a player with more experience and potential at FB than him.

Every where Klecko goes, the team wins Super Bowls so this can't hurt. If Klecko does get time at FB you have a Temple Owl blocking for a Villanova Wildcat (Westbrook). |

I wonder if Freddie Mitchell is still thanking his hands for helping him being unemployed.

Fred can't even catch on in Canada. Still blames McNabb for being cut by Philly. Says it was because he sided with T.O.
Those late nights in the clubs on Delaware Ave. were your fault, Fred, not McNabb's. |

I don't think this was worthy of a new thread so I felt this was the best place.
He reminds me of Woody Williams. He should've retired 2 years ago. Quote:

I'd rather have Dyson, but we haven't really heard anything new on that front at all since Dyson/Bryant first came up.
