I think the Dolphins could triple, perhaps quadruple, their win total from '07.

Ill wait till the draft is done before I make a judgement. Spending a ton on veteren players and trading away your best player for a future 3rd or 4th round pick is hardly an endorsment for most improved...

Who knows. The 49ers showed last season that big signings don't mean big moves in the standings. They are trying again this year. We will see how all these guys fit.

the Jets are going to field a nice Offensive Line this year and that couple with a rejuvenated rushing attack adn perhaps a slipup by the Patriots could make the Jets and the AFC East relevant again.
Fergusion, Faneca, and Mangold is a nice T/G/C combo.

all i know is ive hated SF moves so far... they signed a white weaver (smith) who wont help them much and a bunch of old, so-so guys who wont contribute much.... they wont have much cap when nolan is finally gone outta there
