The team has affixed a low tender to him, which gives the team the right of first refusal if another team attempts to sign Abdullah and they would receive draft-round compensation if he leaves. Abdullah was a seventh-round selection in 2005.
Feb 19 S Hamza Abdullah is a restricted free agent. He is a potential starter at safety for the Broncos after being in that role the last half of 2007.
