Strange he would turn that one down....a very well built 3-4 defense.

Only thing I can think of is that he'd have been under a very strong microscope up in Dallas with Jerry and the national spotlight, it may have scared him away.

I thought a successful run at Dallas could spring him to another HC position soon. The two things I had against Dom was his inability to change his staff and his theory of "hang close until fourth quarter and hope something happens and you get a win."
