Hester over Andre Davis?

I'm not saying Hester isn't the best special teams player in the league, but I do think that last week, Andre Davis was more deserving.

I'm glad we selected Demeco Ryans in the 2nd round instead of him.

I'd love to have him on our team no doubt...but Davis is doing a great job as a free agent vs. spending a 2nd round pick on 'em.

Hester is hands down the most electrifying player in the entire league though.

Don't get me wrong, I love Davis, but Hester is the best return guy in the leage, and probably in history.

The guy is a CB, who doesn't play CB.

As far as his KR/PR skills - a smart team with a half decent kicker/punter can easily make him a non-factor.

So that leaves the snaps he plays a WR/RB. He's clearly CHI's most potent offensive weapon so that would mean your top DB should be covering him, no?

indeed Papal. no matter how great of a returner he is, you can still control his ability to touch the ball with ease. you can't say that about any other position on the field that you try to defend.
