Parcells will be making all the final decisions, but this is still a very good hire. this guy knows the game well.

If I was a Dolphins fan I would really like the move, he is highly regarded and the Cowboys seem to make solid personnel moves.

I think this is no doubt good for Miami. They should be stoked.

I'm kinda hoping Cameron gets axed though, even if that sounds kinda screwed (hoping for a guy to get fired). Because I'd love to have him as an OC.

That would be a good signing too, I don't have anything agains Cam Cameron but bringing guys in from a good Cowboys system can't be a bad thing.
