Roof open!!!!!!!!

Early in the season the roof needs to be closed, that A/C is some mega relief after tailgating in the heat all morning. Now this time a year I am fine with it being open and really wouldn't mind how cold it got.

If the weather holds like it's doing right now, I dont see how they couldn't keep the roof open.

Ditto all around. Pitt was a mess, but a FORECAST or 50-80 is a little broad.

Agreed, I was at the Pittsburgh game.....on the sunny side, but under the bleacher part. It was really hot where we were and couldn't imagine being directly in the sun that day.

This I've always wondered. Howcome you people use the Fahrenheit scale but still refer to freezing as 'sub-zero'? Closet Celcius fans?

Usually we say "below freezing". When we say "sub-zero", we mean below 0 degrees Fahrenheit.

If someone says "sub-zero" to mean "below freezing", then they made a mistake.

The roof should be open for tonight's game if the weather stays the same. If it rains then they can go ahead and close it but there's no reason to close the roof for tonight's game.
